At RoomedIn, we take the privacy of our hotel partners and their guests seriously. We operate on a principle of “Data Minimization”—we only collect what is strictly necessary to facilitate the service.

When guests use the RoomedIn web interface, we do not require account creation. We may collect temporary session data to manage the ordering cart.

2. Hotel Operations Data

We process operational data (orders, requests, staff activity) on behalf of the Hotel. This data belongs to the Hotel.
